You book a pre-tagging time slot through our website. This gives you a date and time to come to the farm and wander through the trees and select your perfect tree. Pre- tagging dates are the first three weekends in November. 


No, you can't cut your own tree down, we will do this for you once you have selected which tree you would like at a pre-tagging weekend in November. 


The farm is open for tree collection from Saturday 29th November.


Yes, you certainly can. You will need to order a tree through our website and select the option 'We will reserve your tree for you'. We will tag a tree in the size you selected and have it ready for you to pick up on your selected pickup date starting 29th November.

  • up to 5ft (1.5m)
  • between 5ft & 6ft (1.5m to 1.8m)
  • between 6ft & 7ft (1.8m to 2.1m)


Make sure to measure your space at home, where you are going to put your tree, both width & height. Keep in mind they last longer away from windows, doors and heat sources. 


3 to 4 weeks providing you care for your tree correctly and follow the cut tree care instructions, found on our homepage and given to you when you collect your cut tree. The life of your tree is dependent on many factors such as temperature, light, water. You are best to position your tree in a cool place away from direct sunlight, windows, breeze and anything that radiates heat such as a TV.


We have available tree stands which are made for the purpose of holding your tree and water. The tree stand can be used year after year. Alternatively, a bucket of water with rocks will work, however be mindful that it may not be very stable. Tree stands can be purchase from our website when you book your pre-tagging time slot and we will put it aside for you when you collect your tree.


Bring a hat, closed in shoes and sunscreen. Bring rope and a blanket or tarp to help transport your tree home.  Your tree will come with a net to keep the branches contained for transporting it.  Dogs are allowed at the farm on leash.


We accept cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer


Yes, we do, they are available from the farm on any day we are open. 

 



We have a strict no refund policy once your cut or potted tree leaves the farm. Sorry, there are no guarantees how long your cut or potted tree will live. It is your responsibility to keep your tree live.
